Having successfully launched its products over a year ago, the company is rapidly building a scalable organization structure, infrastructure and service platforms. We are looking for individuals who are self motivated, results oriented and have the passion to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role you will possess a combination of leadership abilities with detail-oriented execution skills and business savvy.

****THE CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION MUST RESIDE WITHIN 40 MILES OF CHARLOTTE, NC.****

Responsibilities

  • Promote sales growth and business opportunities for all PVT customers
  • Identify, recruit and develop Dealer Partners
  • In general, play a Business Consultant role to the Dealer Partners and help them grow their businesses and their success with the Echo solution
  • Work closely with the Dealer Partners to jointly market the Echo solution, sell it effectively e.g. by executing joint sales calls with Dealers
  • Work closely with the Director of National Sales and Marketing to develop regional marketing programs
  • Understand and execute a consultative sales model; provide business counsel and marketing advice to dealers
  • Support and promote local and regional trade shows with Dealer Partners
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Meet or exceed sales budgets


Candidate qualifications

  • 5 + years experience in a closely related industry i.e. high value products sold into the existing homes market, products which require installation expertise and service backup
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and growing a Dealer Network
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and support Dealer Sales personnel
  • Strong communication abilities – both verbal and written – and presentation abilities
  • Experience in marketing / developing value proposition for products to end consumers is an advantage
  • Organizational skills, self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
